Terms & Conditions
Read our B2B furniture terms: quotations, delivery, manufacturing-defect claims, warranty exclusions and prior approval for unopened returns.
Quotes, not online orders
This website lets you prepare and deliberately submit business quote enquiries; it does not place orders or take payment. Saving or downloading a quote on this device does not send it to our team. Use the enquiry submission action to send your request, or contact us to discuss a quotation. Fulfilment and payment are arranged separately after individual quote confirmation. Basket and printed figures are estimates, not an accepted order or binding sales contract. Any purchase requires separate agreement with the seller on the quotation, product specification, delivery and payment terms.
Seller and contact details
The catalogue trades as RestaurantFurniture.ie. The listed business contact address is Chaff Street, Graiguecullen, Carlow, R93 XT61, Ireland; phone 089 615 7555; email restaurantfurnitureireland@gmail.com. Before agreeing a purchase, request confirmation of the contracting seller's legal identity and any applicable business registration and VAT details.
Prices and delivery
Prices are identified as excluding VAT or including Irish VAT at 23%. Quantity and order-value savings shown in the quote are not stacked on the same line. Delivery is charged separately and is included in the quote totals where applicable. Confirm the delivery date, access requirements and final charges with the team before agreeing a purchase. A catalogue delivery estimate is not an individually confirmed delivery date.
B2B scope
RestaurantFurniture.ie supplies furniture to business customers for commercial use only. These terms apply to business-to-business sales and are not consumer retail terms.
Commercial warranty
Products are covered for 12 months from delivery or collection against manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear. Environmental damage—including rain, moisture, UV exposure or other weather conditions—and damage caused by improper storage are excluded where the product is not designed for those conditions.
Manufacturing-defect claims
To submit a claim, contact RestaurantFurniture.ie with your order details, photographs of the issue and a description of the defect. Opening the packaging does not, by itself, invalidate a legitimate manufacturing-defect claim. Faulty-product claims are assessed separately from voluntary change-of-mind return requests.
Delivery damage
Inspect goods when they arrive or are collected. Report visible delivery damage within 48 hours where reasonably possible.
Voluntary returns
Voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds are not available once product packaging has been opened. Return requests for unused, unopened products require prior written approval from RestaurantFurniture.ie. This voluntary-return policy does not replace or automatically invalidate a manufacturing-defect claim.
Defective or misdescribed goods and legal rights
Contact the team about goods that are defective or do not match the agreed description. Those issues are assessed separately from voluntary change-of-mind returns. The commercial warranty and its exclusions do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not create a blanket exclusion of liability. Opening packaging or reporting damage after 48 hours does not, by itself, remove such rights.
