The Quote Sheet includes applicable delivery charges in its totals. Check the delivery and collection notes for your selected items, and confirm the final charge and arrangements with the team before agreeing a purchase.

The catalogue quotes pallet delivery for eligible furniture. Tell us about narrow roads, restricted entrances, steps or other access constraints. Confirm vehicle access, the delivery point and unloading arrangements with the team; do not assume that a particular unloading service is included.
Arranging collection
Check each product page for collection requirements. Contact the team to confirm availability and collection arrangements before travelling. Products marked collection-only must not be treated as delivery items.

Inspect goods when they arrive or are collected. Report visible delivery damage within 48 hours where reasonably possible. Contact the team about shortages or damage with your order details, photographs and a description. Reporting after 48 hours does not, by itself, remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
